Michelle Greer, RN, NHA Facility Administrator
Michelle started her career in long term care at a young age. She began working at Four Corners Health Care when she was only 15 and her passion for the industry grew from that point. She pursued a career in nursing and despite many nursing opportunities and challenges, always seemed to be drawn back to long-term care. She most currently served as the Director of Nursing at Four Corners Health Care from 2008-2013. In 2013, the opportunity to become the administrator presented itself and she decided to obtain her Nursing Home Administrator license and transition into the role of administrator at the facility. Michelle is a leader in culture change at Four Corners Health and is always seeking new ways to create a home-like environment for our Residents.
Nori Wild, RN, Director of Nursing
Nori is a Registered Nurse and has worked in many settings over the last 26 years but has found the most satisfaction and reward in working in long term care. She is currently the Director of Nursing here at Four Corners and loves her job! Nori is the youngest of five children and has 2 wonderful children of her own. Her daughter just got married and her son is in college at CU Boulder. Nori also has 2 dogs who are spoiled rotted and a cat who thinks she is the boss. She loves cooking, hiking, swimming and reading!
Kerby Jo Rogers, Admissions Director
After volunteering here with the Abuelo’s program in high school she jumped at the chance to come back when a position was advertised. Kerby Jo began her career with Four Corners Health Care Center in 2010 as the receptionist and later the Customer Service Director. In 2013, the Admissions Director position became available and Kerby Jo, continuing her pursuit of internal growth, was offered and accepted the position. She now spends more time in the community, meeting with families and possible new residents, communicating with our partners in the medical field and acting as a liason between the facility and other entities. She thrives on the day to day contact with our residents, their families and the medical professionals she encounters. Kerby Jo truly enjoys her job and seeing our residents enjoy happy and fulfilling lives.
Erica Beighley, Social Services Director
Erica moved to Durango in 2011 and began serving our community and meeting needs through the Community Shelter. She became a part of the team at Four Corners Health Care in 2012 as the Social Services Director. Her vast knowledge of the geriatric population and of the many needs in our community has served her well in her role. She is a supporter of culture change within the industry and has been a driving force of the process within our facility. She is a valuable resource and advocate for our patients and residents.
Kim Elmendorf, Business Office Director
Kim moved to Durango in January of 1998 and started at Four Corners in March of that year. She completed our in house C.N.A. class while working here at the Facility and got her license. She began her C.N.A. duties while working the night shift. Since then she has gone back to school and completed classes while working toward her Nursing degree. During her years at Four Corners, Kim has been the Central Supply Clerk and an assistant in Medical Records. She has also been the Payroll Coordinator and Nursing Scheduler. For the last 9 years Kim has been the Business Office Director. Kim says she stays at Four Corners because "I fell in love with our residents and felt I can make a difference in their lives".
Kym Ford, Life Enrichment Director
Kym moved to Durango in 2012 to be closer to her daughter and to begin her awesome career here at Four Corners Health Care Center. Kym was born in Cincinnati, Ohio. Her family moved to Northern California when she was 10. Along with her husband and daughter, Kym moved to Colorado in 1991. Kym's father was an Attorney and her mother was a RN. Kym always assumed she would become an Attorney like her father instead, she ended up in the Skilled Nursing arena, like her mother. She started off as a cook in the Dietary Department and later became a Life Enrichment Director in 2010. "I love my job. It is the most rewarding and challenging thing I have ever done. I enjoy being able to be a part of the Residents life. They bring me such joy and love and gratitude on a daily basis."
April Padilla, Rehabilitation Program Manager
Twenty one years ago, April was working at a technical college as a receptionist when she learned about their Physical Therapist Assistant program that was offered at the school. After graduating, she worked for several years in in an out-patient clinic before moving into Home Health and then into skilled nursing. April has worked for the last 12 years in long-term care and the past 8 in a management position. April joined Four Corners Health Care and Junction Creek Rehabilitation in June of 2014 as the Rehab Program Manager, she is excited to be a part of a wonderful rehab team, where she will get to continue to provide excellent rehab services to our Residents.
